Phew, thats a lot of photos!
Oh dear Bristol, you have really captured my little heart. A mixture of quaint and industrial. When the sun shines on you, you are quite the beauty. Down Gloucester Road, onto the centre and winding your way down to the docks (with a cafe stop along the way of course). Oh to be by the water and watch all the action whilst thinking about how it must have been in its day as a fully fledged working dock.
Just walking around and looking at the lines and boat yards and good industrial architecture. A nice hustle and bustle, not painfully busy but just enough to be able to get swept up in that relaxing air of being by the river on a sunny Sunday afternoon. We stopped for chips and played on a big green bus. Later home bound to watch Frankenweenie (Its about a dog…WEEP!) and eat a roast. A perfect kind of Sunday that for when I am feeling nostalgic and homesick for “home” and family these are the very moments I treasure and miss most.
Beautiful snaps, especially of those two toned houses. I love your blog layout too, nicely done lady! 🙂
